Human progress is neither automatic nor inevitable,

Every step toward the goal of justice requires sacrifice,

 suffering, and struggle;

 the tireless exertions and

 किसी का दिया हुआ दुःख तो भुला दे

 मगर किसी की दी हुई

 मोहब्बत कभी ना  भुलाये 

Person who does not

जो  आपकी ख़ामोशी को ना समझ पाये 

वह आपके  लफ़्ज़ों को भी नहीं समझेगा

मेहनती शख्स के सामने

 पहाड़ कंकर है 

और   आलसी इंसान के सामने 

कंकर पहाड़ है
